AN ACT EXEMPTING THE WHITE MEMORIAL FOUNDATION FROM CERTAIN DEPARTMENT OF ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION REQUIREMENTS.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:

That the general statutes be amended to exempt the White Memorial Foundation and the homes and structures on its property from the Department of Environmental Protection's subsurface sewage disposal program requirements.

Statement of Purpose:

To exempt the White Memorial Foundation property from the subsurface sewage disposal program requirements.
