AN ACT IMPLEMENTING AN ELECTRONIC ALCOHOLIC LIQUOR BRAND LABEL REGISTRATION SYSTEM.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That title 30 of the general statutes be amended to require the Department of Consumer Protection to implement an electronic alcoholic liquor new brand label registration system capable of generating a system assigned number that with take the place of the UNIMERC code.
Statement of Purpose:
