AN ACT CONCERNING THE CHILDHOOD IMMUNIZATION REGISTRY AND TRACKING SYSTEM.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:

That title 19a of the general statutes be amended to require (1) the childhood immunization registry and tracking system to include immunization records for children up to the age of eighteen, and (2) child health care providers to report the administration of vaccines to all children under the age of eighteen.

Statement of Purpose:

To ensure easy, reliable access to immunization records by parents and doctors for all childhood immunizations.
