AN ACT REDUCING THE INCIDENCES OF OBESITY AMONG CHILDREN.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to (1) require more physical activity in children of all grade levels during the school day and in after-school programs, and (2) institute in-school obesity and diabetes assessments.
