AN ACT CONCERNING AFFORDABLE HOUSING BUILT FOR SENIOR CITIZENS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That section 8-30g of the general statutes be amended to provide that, for purposes of determining whether a municipality qualifies for a certificate of affordable housing completion, elderly units restricted to persons and families whose income is equal to or less than eighty per cent of median income shall be awarded one point.
Statement of Purpose:
To provide parity in affordable housing built for senior citizens.
