AN ACT CONCERNING INCENTIVES FOR MUNICIPAL REVITALIZATION PROJECTS.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:

That the general statutes be amended to provide incentives for municipalities to invest in revitalization projects that contribute to the cultural and economic growth of the community.

Statement of Purpose:

To create vibrant and livable communities by providing incentives to municipalities for undertaking local revitalization projects that contribute to the cultural and economic growth of the community.
