AN ACT REQUIRING MUNICIPALITIES TO ENFORCE FEDERAL AND STATE IMMIGRATION LAWS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to require all municipalities to enforce federal and state immigration laws, where applicable, and impose the maximum penalties thereunder.
Statement of Purpose:
To require municipalities to enforce federal and state immigration laws.
