AN ACT CONCERNING COMMUNITY HEALTH NEEDS ASSESSMENTS AND FOR-PROFIT HOSPITALS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That section 19a-649 of the general statutes be amended to require for-profit hospitals to annually submit data to the Office of Health Care Access to prepare a community health needs assessment.
Statement of Purpose:
To require an annual community health needs assessment for each for-profit hospital.
