AN ACT ELIMINATING DIVERSIONS OF ELECTRIC RATEPAYER FUNDS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to eliminate diversions to the General Fund of electric ratepayer funds from energy efficiency and clean energy programs.
