AN ACT CONCERNING THE EXPANSION OF THE CONNECTICUT ENTERPRISE ZONE PROGRAM.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the Connecticut enterprise zone program be expanded to include the town of Cheshire.
Statement of Purpose:
To offset the economic loss of Pratt and Whitney to the town of Cheshire.
