Summary

To require the state's electronic business portal to (1) allow a business entity to create a single online account through which it may register with any state agency or quasi-public agency, apply for and renew licenses and permits and pay any fees, and (2) allow a state agency or quasi-public agency to communicate with a business entity regarding the status of any business registration, license, permit or application and maintain a database for managing business registrations, licenses and permits.
