Summary

To require (1) the Commissioner of Public Health, in collaboration with the Commissioner of Administrative Services, to study and implement the provisions of federal Executive Order No. 13627-Strengthening Protections Against Trafficking in Persons in Federal Contracts with regard to the inspection of salons employing any nail technicians, estheticians or eyelash technicians, and (2) the Department of Public Health to license nail technicians, estheticians and eyelash technicians.
