An act to amend Section 9251 of, and to amend the heading of Part 5 (commencing with Section 9250) of Division 5 of the Water Code, relating to flood control.

SB 766, as introduced, Monning. Flood control: bonds.
Existing law authorizes the issuance of bonds for the Sacramento and San Joaquin Drainage District if a majority of the votes cast at the bond election are in favor of the issuance of bonds.
This bill would make nonsubstantive changes in these provisions.

The people of the State of California do enact as follows:


SECTION 1.

 The heading of Part 5 (commencing with Section 9250) of Division 5 of the Water Code is amended to read:

PART 5. RECLAMATION CENTRAL VALLEY FLOOD PROTECTION BOARD BOND ACT

SEC. 2.

 Section 9251 of the Water Code is amended to read:

9251.
 “Board” means the reclamation board. Central Valley Flood Protection Board.
