An act to amend Section 1622 of the Civil Code, relating to civil law.

This bill would make a nonsubstantive change to that provision.

The people of the State of California do enact as follows:


SECTION 1.

 Section 1622 of the Civil Code is amended to read:

1622.
 All contracts may be oral, except such as those that are specially required by statute to be in writing.
