SB 1360, as introduced, Caballero. Home purchase assistance.
Existing law establishes within the Department of Housing and Community Development the California Housing Finance Agency and provides that the primary purpose of the agency is to meet the housing needs of persons and families of low or moderate income.
This bill would state the intent of the Legislature to enact legislation that would create a program for first-time homebuyers.

The people of the State of California do enact as follows:

 It is the intent of the Legislature to enact legislation that would create a program for first-time homebuyers.
