An act to amend Section 13400 of the Corporations Code, relating to corporations.


LEGISLATIVE COUNSEL'S DIGEST


AB 2089, as introduced, Bauer-Kahan. Moscone-Knox Professional Corporation Act.
Existing law, the Moscone-Knox Professional Corporation Act, provides for the organization of a corporation for the purposes of qualifying as a professional corporation and rendering professional services.
This bill would make nonsubstantive changes to those provisions.

The people of the State of California do enact as follows:


SECTION 1.

 Section 13400 of the Corporations Code is amended to read:

13400.
 This part shall be known known, and may be cited cited, as the “Moscone-Knox Professional Corporation Act.”
