An act relating to homelessness.

AB 1275, as introduced, Santiago. Homelessness: mental health.
Existing law establishes various programs for mentally ill persons who are, or are at risk of becoming, homeless.
This bill would state the intent of the Legislature to enact legislation relating to mental health and homelessness.

The people of the State of California do enact as follows:


SECTION 1.

 It is the intent of the Legislature to enact legislation relating to mental health and homelessness.
