AN ACT
amending title 13, chapter 31, Arizona Revised Statutes, by adding section 13-3121; relating to firearms.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arizona:
Section 1. Title 13, chapter 31, Arizona Revised Statutes, is amended by adding section 13-3121, to read:
13-3121. Reporting of lost or stolen firearm; classification
A. A person who owns a firearm that is lost or stolen shall file a lost or stolen firearm report with a law enforcement agency within twenty‑four hours after the person knows the firearm is lost or stolen.
B. A person who violates this section is guilty of a class 6 felony.
