AN ACT
amending Laws 2011, chapter 157, section 22, as amended by laws 2014, chapter 35, section 1; relating to workers' compensation.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arizona:
Section 1. Laws 2011, chapter 157, section 22, as amended by Laws 2014, chapter 35, section 1, is amended to read:
Sec. 22. Tax on self-insured employers
For the purposes of calculating any tax or assessment to be paid by an authorized self-insured employer, including a workers' compensation pool under title 23, chapter 6, Arizona Revised Statutes, the deviation rate is set at ten per cent percent for calendar years 2013 through 2020 2022.
