AN ACT
amending Title 16, chapter 4, article 2, Arizona Revised Statutes, by adding section 16-414; relating to conduct of elections.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arizona:
Section 1. Title 16, chapter 4, article 2, Arizona Revised Statutes, is amended by adding section 16-414, to read:
16-414. Portable polling places; applicable laws
A portable or mobile polling place shall comply with all requirements that apply to polling places at permanent buildings and facilities, including providing access to political party OBSERVERS, complying with the Americans with DISABILITIES act of 1990 (P.L. 101-336; 104 Stat. 327; 42 United States Code sections 12101 through 12213) and allowing political activity outside of the seventy-five foot limit prescribed by section 16-515.
