MAKING AN APPROPRIATION TO THE DEPARTMENT OF LAW.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arizona:

Section 1.  Appropriation; department of law; litigation expenses; Mexican wolf recovery program

The sum of $250,000 is appropriated from the state general fund in fiscal year 2015-2016 to the department of law for litigation expenses relating to a challenge against any expansion of the Mexican wolf recovery program in this state.
