AN ACT
relating to the operation of motorcycles.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arizona:
Section 1. Motorcycle operations on roadways; delayed repeal
A. Notwithstanding section 28‑903, Arizona Revised Statutes, if a motorcycle operator is driving through stopped traffic in a county with a population of more than two million persons, the operator may do either or both of the following:
1. Overtake and pass in the same lane occupied by the vehicle being overtaken.
2. Operate a motorcycle between the lanes of traffic or between adjacent rows of vehicles.
B. This section is repealed from and after December 31, 2011.
Sec. 2. Effective date
This act is effective from and after December 31, 2010.
