AN ACT
Repealing Title 36, chapter 6, article 4.2, Arizona Revised Statutes; Amending title 36, chapter 6, Arizona Revised Statutes, by adding a new article 4.2; relating to public health control.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arizona:
Section 1. Repeal
Title 36, chapter 6, article 4.2, Arizona Revised Statutes, is repealed.
Sec. 2. Title 36, chapter 6, Arizona Revised Statutes, is amended by adding a new article 4.2, to read:
ARTICLE 4.2. PUBLIC HEALTH MANDATES
36-681. Exemptions from COVID-19 vaccination; requirements
A person is eligible for an exemption from any vaccination requirement for COVID-19 or any variant of COVID-19 that is being enforced in this state if the person can produce documented test results that demonstrate the person has one of the following:
1. Antibodies to COVID-19 or any variant of COVID-19.
2. A positive test for COVID-19 or any variant of COVID-19.
3. A positive T-cell immune response to COVID-19 or any variant of COVID-19.
