Page 4, line 12, after "basis" insert ”in accordance with safety rules and regulations adopted by the department of public safety pursuant to sections 28-900 and 28-3228"

Page 9, line 11, after the period, insert "a person shall not operate a vehicle authorized pursuant to section 15-925 to transport school children unless the person possesses the appropriate license class for the size of the vehicle being operated, a school bus certificate that is issued by the department of public safety and a valid fingerprint clearance card pursuant to subsection d of this section. "
