Bill Title: Amends the Department of Agriculture Law of the Civil Administrative Code of Illinois . Provides that the Department of Agriculture shall identify and track geographical areas in this State that are food deserts. Provides that the Department shall notify respective municipal governmental bodies identified as food deserts and provide an annual report to the General Assembly detailing the locations of food deserts within the State and an analysis of health impacts on populations in locations identified in this State as food deserts. Defines "food desert".

The Department of Agriculture shall track areas in Illinois that are food deserts. The Department shall notify municipal governments that are identified as food deserts and provide a report to the General Assembly about the locations of food deserts and their impact on the health of the community.
