A BILL to amend and reenact §64-9-1 of the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended, relating to authorizing the Commissioner of Agriculture to promulgate a legislative rule relating to captive cervid farming.
Be it enacted by the Legislature of West Virginia:
ARTICLE 9. Authorization for MISCELLANEOUS AGENCIES AND BOARDS to promulgate legislative rules.
§64-9-1. Commissioner of Agriculture.
The legislative rule filed in the State Register on July 22, 2019, authorized under the authority of §19-2H-12 of this code, relating to the Commissioner of Agriculture (captive cervid farming, 61 CSR 34), is authorized.
NOTE: The purpose of this bill is to authorize the Commissioner of Agriculture to promulgate a legislative rule relating to captive cervid farming.
