A BILL to amend and reenact §64-6-1 of the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended, relating to authorizing the Fire Commission to promulgate a legislative rule relating to certification of home inspectors.
Be it enacted by the Legislature of West Virginia:
ARTICLE 6. Authorization for Department of homeland security to promulgate legislative rules.
§64-6-1. Fire Commission.
The legislative rule filed in the State Register on July 29, 2022, authorized under the authority of §15A-10-2 of this code, relating to the Fire Commission (certification of home inspectors, 87 CSR 05), is authorized.
NOTE: The purpose of this bill is to authorize the Fire Commission to promulgate a legislative rule relating to certification of home inspectors.
