A BILL to amend and reenact §64-9-1 of the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended, relating to authorizing the Board of Medicine to promulgate a legislative rule relating to permitting and disciplinary procedures: educational permits for graduate medical interns, residents, and fellows.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of West Virginia:


ARTICLE 9. Authorization for Miscellaneous Agencies and Boards to promulgate legislative rules.

§64-9-1. Board of Medicine.

The legislative rule filed in the State Register on July 25, 2018, authorized under the authority of §30-3-7 of this code, relating to the Board of Medicine (permitting and disciplinary procedures: educational permits for graduate medical interns, residents, and fellows, 11 CSR 12), is authorized.
