A BILL to repeal §21-1C-1, §21-1C-2, §21-1C-3, §21-1C-4, §21-1C-5, and §21-1C-6 of the Code of West Virginia,1931, as amended, relating to repealing the West Virginia Jobs Act.
Be it enacted by the Legislature of West Virginia:
ARTICLE 1C. WEST VIRGINIA JOBS ACT.
§1. Repeal of article creating West Virginia Jobs Act.
That §21-1C-1, §21-1C-2, §21-1C-3, §21-1C-4, §21-1C-5, and §21-1C-6 of the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended, are repealed.
