A BILL to repeal §16-5Y-12 of the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended, relating to removing the Certificate of Need moratorium on opioid treatment facilities.
Be it enacted by the Legislature of West Virginia:
§1. Repeal of Section creating moratorium of certificates of need for opioid treatment programs.
That §16-5Y-12 of the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended, is repealed.
NOTE: The purpose of this bill is to eliminate the Certificate of Need Mortarium on opioid treatment programs.
