A BILL to amend and reenact §64-9-1 of the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended, relating to authorizing the Commissioner of Agriculture to promulgate a legislative rule relating to poultry rules for hatcheries, growers and contractors pertaining to poultry disease control and eradication.
Be it enacted by the Legislature of West Virginia:
ARTICLE 9. Authorization for miscellaneous agencies and boards to promulgate legislative rules.
§64-9-1. Commissioner of Agriculture.
The legislative rule filed in the State Register on July 11, 2019, authorized under the authority of §19-9-2 of this code, relating to the Commissioner of Agriculture (poultry rules for hatcheries, growers and contractors pertaining to poultry disease control and eradication, 61 CSR 13A), is authorized.
NOTE: The purpose of this bill is to authorize the Commissioner of Agriculture to promulgate a legislative rule relating to poultry rules for hatcheries, growers and contractors pertaining to poultry disease control and eradication.
