A BILL to amend and reenact §64-9-1 of the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended, relating to authorizing the West Virginia Board of Examiners in Counseling to promulgate a legislative rule relating to licensing.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of West Virginia:

 

ARTICLE 9. Authorization for miscellaneous boards and agencies to promulgate legislative rules.

§64-9-1. West Virginia Board of Examiners in Counseling.

The legislative rule filed in the State Register on October 6, 2023, authorized under the authority of §30-31-6 of this code, modified by the West Virginia Board of Examiners in Counseling to meet the objections of the Legislative Rule-Making Review Committee and refiled in the State Register on November 15, 2023, relating to the West Virginia Board of Examiners in Counseling (licensing rule, 27 CSR 01), is authorized.

 

NOTE: The purpose of this bill is to authorize the West Virginia Board of Examiners in Counseling to promulgate a legislative rule relating to licensing.
