AN ACT to repeal §61-10-21 of the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended, relating to the criminal offense of using the word “Doctor” or the abbreviation “Dr.”, without specifying the type of degree held.
Be it enacted by the Legislature of West Virginia:
ARTICLE 10. CRIMES AGAINST PUBLIC POLICY.
§61-10-21. Unlawful use of prefix “Doctor” or “Dr.” penalty.
[Repealed].
