A BILL to amend and reenact §64-9-1 of the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended, relating to authorizing the Auditor to promulgate a legislative rule relating to standards for requisitions for payment issued by State Officers on the Auditor.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of West Virginia:


ARTICLE 9. Authorization for miscellaneous agencies and boards to promulgate legislative rules.

§64-9-1. Auditor.

The legislative rule filed in the State Register on August 17, 2020, authorized under the authority of §12-3-10 of this code, modified by the Auditor to meet the objections of the Legislative Rule-Making Review Committee and refiled in the State Register on November 19, 2020, relating to the Auditor (standards for requisitions for payment issued by state officers on the Auditor, 155 CSR 01), is authorized.

 

NOTE: The purpose of this bill is to authorize the Auditor to promulgate a legislative rule relating to standards for requisitions for payment issued by state officers on the Auditor.
