Summary

The purpose of this bill is to require the Department of Human Services and the Bureau for Social Services to make a rate study, analysis of workforce capacity, and the impact on children of the current reimbursement levels for child placement agencies and to report the performance of the child placing agency to the Legislative Oversight Commission on Health and Human Resources Accountability and to the Joint Committee on Government and Finance by December 31, annually.
