Summary

The purpose of this bill is to require each school principal to make recommendations regarding the appointment, assignment, promotion, transfer and dismissal of all personnel assigned to the school under the principal's control; to add the principal's recommendations to the seven existing criteria to be considered when hiring professional personnel; and to increase the principal's increment by five percentage points.
