Summary

The purpose of this bill is to create a parking permit to be used by expectant mothers entering their third trimesters and lasting until the first birthday of the child. Such a permit would allow an expectant mother to park in a parking place marked with the international symbol of access. This bill also encourages the private sector to enact similar policies.
