Summary
The purpose of this bill is to modify calculation of final average salary, employee contribution rate and number of months to equal a year of service credit for new members of the Public Employees Retirement System; to modify the rate of annual and sick leave conversion for additional service credit for new members of the Public Employees Retirement System, State Police Retirement System and Teachers Retirement system, and to modify retirement age for new members of the Public Employees Retirement System and the Teachers Retirement System.
