Summary

The purpose of this bill relates to paid or unpaid family leave time. The bill grants a total of 12 weeks under the Parental Leave Act based on at least 12 consecutive months of performing services for remuneration within this state for any department, division, board, bureau, agency, commission, or other unit of state government, or any county board of education, and specifies conditions for which the leave time is granted.
