Summary

The purpose of this bill is to discontinue the moratorium on the issuance of commercial rafting licenses on a section of the New River from the confluence of the Greenbrier and New rivers to Brooks Falls, located approximately five miles north of the confluence of the Greenbrier and New Rivers.
