Summary

The purpose of this bill is to require that a quorum of the board of canvassers be present to canvass the returns of the election. The bill authorizes the chief circuit court judge to appoint a person to the board of canvassers to make a quorum. And, the bill requires that at least one member of the board of canvassers be a commissioner of the county commission for that county.
