Summary

The purpose of this bill is to eliminate the requirement that battery-powered strobe lights be affixed to caches of self-contained self-rescue devices, to expand criminal penalties related to the theft and destruction of certain coal mine equipment and property, and to establish criminal penalties for the illegal entry onto mine property to commit a felony or larceny.
