Summary

The purpose of this bill is to set the reimbursement rate paid by the Prosecuting Attorneys Institute for the cost of forensic medical examinations of persons alleged to be the victim of rape, and provides for an annual report to the Legislative Oversight Commission on Health and Human Resource Accountability estimating the sustainability of the Forensic Medical Examination Fund.
