Summary

The purpose of this bill is to to create criminal offenses relating to money laundering. The bill specifies three new felonies relating to: (i) Laundering criminal proceeds through financial transaction; (ii) transportation, transmission, or transfer of criminal proceeds; and (iii) concealment of criminal proceeds.Â
