Summary

The purpose of this bill is to authorize the Supreme Court of Appeals to establish a reasonable rate of compensation for mental hygiene services instead of a circuit court. The bill also requires Mental Hygiene Commissioners to submit compensation requests to the administrative director of the courts for payment.
