Summary
The purpose of this bill is to reduce the deposit of excess lottery proceeds into the West Virginia Infrastructure fund from $40 million to $30 million for fiscal year 2017 and to increase the percentage of such funds in the Infrastructure Fund which may be used to make grants from twenty percent to fifty percent for fiscal year 2017.
