Summary
The purpose of this bill is to make minor technical changes by changing the term "secretary" to "director"; adding a definition of "employer error"; to clarify definition of "member"; to clarify when membership ceases in the State Teachers' Retirement System; to provide for the correction of errors; to permit rollovers of any dollar amount; and, to permit subsequent loans to members sixty days after full payment of previous loan.
