Summary

The purpose of this bill is to designate illicit fentanyl a weapon of mass destruction in order to marshal all the resources of the State of West Virginia lawfully authorized to protect and defend the citizens of West Virginia from crime and threats to the public health, safety and welfare to combat the scourge of illicit fentanyl in West Virginia.
