Summary
The purpose of this bill is to reestablish the Broadband Council and refocus its directive towards development of broadband services across the state in under-served areas; the council chairman is placed on the state Infrastructure Council; the membership of the council is revised to place more focus towards broadband user perspectives; and directing that any federal funding that is provided to the state for broadband development is directed to administration by the Council.
