Summary
The purpose of this bill is to revise the grandparent visitation statute to include additional factors for consideration including the child's relationship with the parent contesting grandparent visitation; any history of abuse by the parent, any criminal activity or history on the part of the parent and the amount of time the child spent with the grandparents prior to the absence of contact.
